Heavy-Duty Utilization
 Our patented Remote Controlled (RC) 500 tugger is designed with two speed gearbox for conduits between 1/2" and 1 1/4" but will pull some 1 1/2" and 2". Check our videos to see it in action. The RC500 basic system includes everything you see in the picture including the motor, two batteries, 200' of high strength line, remote control footswitch, charger and a very nice case to put your footswitch, charger and batteries in to keep them safe and organized. It was degigned to pull any legal cable pull using 4 square or 4 11/16 boxes. All designed and assembled here in the USA. It pays for itself in hours not months, weeks or years. Makes the perfect addition to any service truck, especially when only one employee is avalaible and cable needs to be installed. Very fast and easy to set up.
Strong Pulling Power
Our patented Remote Controlled (RC) 500 tugger is designed to help offset and eliminate lost labor time. Setting up the puller can be done by one person, so all the average lost time, such as gathering the cable, attaching the line to the rope, setting up the cable reels, and the inevitable wire pull problems, are cut to just one person, saving at least 50% or more time. On pulls with a middle pull point, the person in the middle has to keep up with the person pulling while maintaining a loop to feed. It's harder on the middle person because he is trying to pull up the loop while providing to the person pulling. If something goes wrong, it can be a very stressful and time-consuming event. This tugger will give the middle person control of the pull by eliminating the person at the end. This makes it not only faster and more efficient but much safer as well.

The drill used was designed exclusively for this tugger. 20V brushless high torque with metal gearbox. The worm drive secondary gearbox was also designed exclusively for this tugger.
